Media workshop concluded under the chairmanship of Deputy District Election Officer

Ghazipur. On the instructions of the Election Commission of India in the district, with the aim of conducting the Lok Sabha General Elections 2024 in a safe, fair, uninterrupted and peaceful manner, under the chairmanship of Deputy District Election Officer Dinesh Kumar and Deputy Collector Salik Ram, Additional District Information Officer Rakesh Kumar and M. .C.M.C. The media workshop was held in the Collectorate Auditorium in the presence of Vinay Kumar Singh, the journalist nominated in the committee. During the media workshop, the Deputy District Election Officer was present in print and electronic media.
Told the representatives of social media that they will do publicity work through their news channels as per the guidelines issued by the Election Commission of India. He said that representatives of any political parties cannot be promoted by MCMC. It should be published only after ensuring verification by the committee. If three paid news articles of any public representative are found then action will be taken against the news agency and the candidate. Paid news/advertisements following the Model Code of Conduct 
M.C.M.C. Constant monitoring is being done by the committee, apart from this, social media like Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Tutor, etc. are being monitored 24 hours through the media cell.
